RETURNS

Return and Refund Period:
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the package to request a size exchange or a refund of the purchase price. 
After this 14-day period, no requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

Mandatory Return Conditions:
In order to approve a refund, the item must strictly meet the following requirements:

* Pristine Condition: It must be in exactly the same condition in which it was received, completely clean, without signs of wear, scratches, or having been used outdoors or at events.
* Seal and Packaging: It must be returned in its original, intact box and packaging, retaining all labels and protective wrappings with which it was shipped.
* Any item showing signs of having been used or that is not received in its original shipping condition will be rejected, voiding the right to a refund.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs associated with returning the item for a return are entirely borne by the buyer. The workshop will only cover the outbound shipping costs if the received item is incorrect or has an initial manufacturing defect.

5-YEAR WARRANTY 

Commitment regarding defects:
Each piece is handcrafted using a carefully selected, high-quality stainless steel. The material is prepared to resist rust, retain its shine, and withstand water. However, if hypothetically any piece shows signs of rust or has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge, with this workshop bearing all associated costs.

Breakage Warranty:
A 5-year coverage is offered for any breakage of the structure or craftsmanship of the piece. If it is damaged or breaks during this period, it will be repaired or replaced under the following shipping conditions:
* The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the piece to the workshop.
* The workshop fully covers the cost of shipping the piece back to the customer's address.

Maintenance Kit and Accidental Snags:
To ensure durability and customer independence, all packages include a complimentary set of replacement rings.
In the event that a ring comes loose due to a sudden tug, accident, or intensive use:
1. You can request assistance through the contact channels to receive a detailed step-by-step explanation on how to replace the ring quickly and easily at home.
2. If you prefer it to be fixed at the workshop, you can request its repair under the conditions detailed above.

CUSTOM PIECES:

All pieces that have been custom-forged, resized, or personalized upon express request are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for other models, as they are made exclusively for each person.

Fitting and Adjustment Service:
However, to ensure the piece fits perfectly, if the size is not correct, a free fitting and adjustment service is offered at the workshop.

You will have 14 days from receipt to request the necessary adjustment.
* The workshop will modify the length or links of the piece free of labor costs so that the measurement is perfect.
* For this adjustment service, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the piece to the workshop, and the workshop will cover the return shipping to their address.
